Paris Orly Airport takes the pride to be the second largest to the Roissy Airport. Initially the airport was known as Villeneuve-Orly Airport, it was once the main airport of Paris. It is situated 14 km south of the Paris city partially in Orly and partially in Villeneuve-le-Roi. It has two terminals handling French domestic airlines and several charter flights. Most of flights from here connect Paris to European, Mid-Eastern, African, Caribbean and North American cities. Paris- Le Bourget Airport which is also known as Aéroport de Paris- Le Bourget, is situated 12 km north-northeast of Paris in Le Bourget and Dugny. It started its operation in 1919, very long before the construction of Orly airport, but at present it is used just for the operation of business jets and air shows. The airport also entertains public with the French Museum of Air and Space. - Paris Beauvais Tillé Airport (Airport Code: BVA)
Paris Beauvais Tillé Airport which is also known as Aéroport de Paris Beauvais Tillé claims to be the third largest airport in Paris. It is situated in 3.5 Km north-east of Beauvais in Tillé. The airport has 4 gates and has numerous bars, restaurants and shopping areas in the location. The airlines which take off and land at Beauvais Tillé Airport are Ryanair, Wizz Air, Blue Air, Blue Islands and Centralwings. Some of them are low-cost carrier airlines. The airport is connected to the city centre by shuttle service and also by train service which operates 8 times in a day.
